Anthony Lee Winns Jr. has been working as an IT specialist since 2009. He began his career after graduating from Old Dominion University with a BS in business administration and has since become skilled in a wide range of IT services. Active in his professional community, Anthony Lee Winns Jr. belongs to the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).

An international membership association, ISC2 helps members grow and learn. Educational opportunities from the organization are available in the classroom and online.
Classroom-based training grants professionals the chance to expand their security knowledge through hands-on experiences. Classroom training sessions last for three to five days and are available at ISC2 facilities and ISC2 official training providers. At these trainings, professionals interact with other students and instructors and are presented with real-world scenarios and case studies to advance their knowledge.
Meanwhile, the organization maintains two types of online training: instructor-led and self-paced training. Instructor-led training is available on weekdays, on weekends, and during evenings to ensure that professionals have a chance to train at home based on their personal schedule. Both the weekday and weekend courses last for three to five days, while evening courses are shorter and may last five to eight weeks. All courses are in English and use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
Self-paced courses let professionals advance their knowledge at their own pace over 120 days. Each course offers accompanying flashcards, reference materials, and practice questions and are led by expert instructors who use HD video to teach.
